Women in Motorsport

For the first time in the society's history Women in Motorsport at Lancaster University is here! WiM allows those interested to join in exclusive women-only karting trips (regardless of previous experience), various socials throughout the year and find others like themselves who enjoy motorsport as a whole.

This is not separate from Lancaster University Motorsport Society, rather a way to get more women involved in motorsport to enjoy as a community!

As a society, we understand the importance of acknowledging the lack of female representation within motorsport and we feel it is only right for us to encourage more girls to join our society and find a community where they can freely enjoy motorsport alongside like-minded people.
